All holidays, flights and packages are non-refundable/non-changeable even under Force Majeure and unforeseeable circumstances. Where permisive flight only bookings can be amended at the airlines cost of changes plus an administration fee.
Hotel Only Bookings are also generally non-refundable, Please enquire before booking your accommodation to check specific conditions.
Balances are normally due 12 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if balance isn't paid on time.
Your specific passport/entry/immigration requirements, for the destination/s to which you are travelling, is your personal responsibility and you should confirm this with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates.
We are unable to accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport/entry/immigration requirements.

If you complaint on your return You must send us a formal written notice of your complaint to us at our office within 21 days of the end of your stay, giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you.
We may take up to 28 days to come back to your complaint and in some cases it may take longer. We cannot unfortunately entertain customers who complaint again after we have already decided on an outcome of a complaint.
